Had a blast celebrating Christmas at a hotel with a top-notch service! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was just perfect, with plenty of shopping options within walking distance. Added bonus was the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away.

The breakfast spread was a bit limited and not up to our expectations. , the evening entertainment was a bit lacking, with the same performers every night.

Location is ok, near to a shopping mall, easy to get taxi, rooms with sea view, the staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast menu, sufficient enough to start your day. the staff are accommodating and friendly. It is strategically located near a mall with a supermarket and food stalls. the hotel also has a few iron sets available on each floor to use.

The hotel needs upgrading and maintenance. the bathroom does not have a fan causing a wet floor, and you can hear loud noises during the night.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged tours upon our arrival with our request. Wireless internet was also available inside rooms. The hotel is also nearby jetty, and you can easily go for "Island Hopping" tour which I do recommend. The breakfast buffet was very good and delicious with a wide range of foods. The pool was nice too, though we didn't try it due to our short stay in the hotel. The Hotel is just beside some malls which have very good (duty free) shops, good restaurants, pharmacy, etc. KFC & McDonald's Restaurants are also some blocks aways. Above all, the hotel is well worth the money paid.

The washrooms need improvement. The bathtub also should be replaced or made cleaner. We could also find small insects (small dead cockroaches) inside the bathtub.
